Boots of Escape

requires
- boots of speed (500)
- gloves of haste (550)
- kellen dagger (2150)
- recipe (350)

gives:
+ 80 ms
+ 5% ms
+ 40% IAS

active:
runner blink
+ 1x blink to the destination
+ 15% ms
+ 20% chance to do a half blink while running
+ 20% chance to have a 5 secs windwalk
+ 20% chance to have a 5 secs max ms with 0 unit collision.

Last 20 secs
cd 75 secs

Item doesnt stack
effect doesnt stack while under effect

Whoa! it gives way too much.

The cooldown and non-stackability is a nice attempt at balancing it but i think should either
reduce the number of proc items or reduce the proc chance.

And btw since its a "boots" item, it should have the traditional "Ms does not stack with other boot items" Razz

Well imo it is balance enough with the cd and how long it lasts for and that u cant get other effect under certain active trigger effect.

Mirana leap is uncontrolable, this is like d usual blink with extra effect.
